THE ROLE:

A project management position covering the London and surrounding areas has arisen with a fast growing Building Management Systems (BMS) integrator. This position will involve managing all building management system installations within schools, hospitals, hotels, data centre’s and commercial office buildings. The contract value will varying depending on size and you will have held a similar role in the past and will have the technical experience to succeed in this role. You will be confident, outgoing and determined person who is looking to develop your career in the BMS industry. in order to complete each contract on time. Reporting directly into the directors, you are fully responsible for completing all assigned projects to the high standard required and forging lasting relationships for M and E contractors. Experience of managing installations including Trend, Cylon and Tridium is beneficial.

THE CANDIDATE:

Proven successful track record in a recent project management position. Must have experience in Building Management Systems. Ideally coming from a system integrator within the industry. Engineering degree is advantageous. Experience of Trend, Cylon and Tridium. Superb communication skills. The ability to work within a team environment and work under own initiative. Man-management experience is required.

THE PACKAGE:

In reward for this experience you will receive a basic salary of between £30k - £40k depending on experience, company car, laptop and mobile etc.
